Refund Policy

At Stylete, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

 

You can return any item purchased from our website within 4 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization code along with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

 

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days.

 

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged in any way. We also do not accept returns for products purchased from our physical retail stores.
